(1) Lala company all decision are taken by Lala with any discussion. (2) He want to sell his project at much higher rate from the market (3) Involvement of owner is very much he does not act as owner he acts like a detetective every where camera is there all the time he will be watching you even he mind your sitting style whom you talks to and how is your beard etc he also keeps his many detective in office (4) To fire any one from job is like a joke for him he will come and say don't come from tomorrow without any reason

What I like about working at Saya Homes is that we have complete work satisfaction with good pay and appreciation for hard work. Moreover, the skill development program is a great initiative. The vibe is very positive. Moreover, I have a team to handle, and it is a good learning the leadership quality.
