Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Very bad very thousands time Very bad If any negative star rating option is there Then i give negative marking . This Neelu Angeles hospital I don't Recomend any one pls you live without Job but don't go in this hospital .this Hospital honour not given your sallery Only make Fool . And all doctor's make money no one Think about patients .and nothing learnable . my 2 year's experience Very worsted only 10000 sallery 24 hours duty nothing increasement & I left job same sallery and they're not Given my full 1 month 15 days sallery I feel very bad 2 years Iam not saving 500 rupees Pg rent and wear clean clothes thats it .heart less management Without mistake he cut all staff sallery I truly inform after then your wish.....
