Company is in growing stage.lot of politics.no facilities for employee.few managers over there are very terrible, egoistic.no appreciation.no value to employee.they change policy whenever they want and don't even inform to their employees.

Less pay scale . Lack of facilities. No transparency in few of the policies.

...ompleted their 10+2 will able to work over there. No chances to career growth. Salary is less than MSRTC employees. Hopeless work environment. There is no concept like work life balance. All senior managers are there for to keep watch on you like how many times you use washroom , how much time you take for your lunch etc etc

Job security only if you are ready praise your manager.

Career growth, salary/appraisals, work life balance , innovation is 0 . You have to work at least for 14 hours and even if you leave after working 12 hours you will be answerable why are you leaving tooooo early.
