Savvysoft Technologies is one of the best staffing industry. I have been worked almost five years here. Initially, I started as fresher. Now, I promoted as a Manager. I learn lot of new technologies, upcoming skills and recruitment process etc. Very good appraisal and salary packages for fresher. The working culture also good. The most important thing is job security. Good company to growth next level.

...rk culture, nice co-operation and support from the management and the collogues. Work-Life balance is great, Salary and other benefit packages are better than normal. Employees can easily connect with higher officials. Employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR Department. Importance given to health and safety to each and everyone. Medical insurance for the employee and their family members also provided. Providing variety and delicious food.

Hi, Management. Please don't refer to this as a recruitment or IT company. There is no ethical behavior from top to bottom management. It's an office for politics. Politics takes precedence over office. WFH is solely for the privileged. Either they have to be Amam Saami. Then they will be promoted. Management will not accept a one-day work-from-home request. However, the fortunate (Amam Saami employees) would be able to work from home on a permanent basis. Even management said that AMAM SAAMI employees should come to the workplace at least once a week. But they are not going to come. Management rules idhu.

There are one or two employees who works for more than 20 years, who cannot allow the company to grow. They treat the new employees or junior employees like their labour's workers.. badly. Gossip mongers. This company would grow without them.
