A growing company where an employee can learn, delivery and grow. A transparent work culture, lot of freedom given and employees can use their imagination and improvise new ways of working and implement in their day to day work.

Very poor work culture treats employees like school kids old school thought process as an organization should not be self centric monthly meetings should be organized timings very very odd timings from morning 6.30 am to 11.30 Pm waste of time

Dislikes

Manager not giving proper knowledge about rate and product. Also connect direct with customer and giving low rate than employee giving rate. Thats why in contractor and consumer angry on that rate.
