....use this as a last resort ...and also they are not giving salaries on time.....and that too they pay partially in 2 3 installments. Worst company to work with.

Very poor management, don't think about employees. They don't want to pay salaries to the employees. from the fresher they takes huge amount of money in the on the name of training and providing certification. In simple words Savic management is scammer.

Savic Is not an IT company now days. They are taking money from new people and make the salary of old employees. They don't have a money and projects. They are taking money by making fake promise of making Full time employee after 6 months.... But in real people are waiting from 14-16 months.

Dislikes

Taking a money from a freshers is not ethically right but they are doing a fraud by taking a money and not giving any Upportunity to work in a project. There is partial payment system in company they pay you in 2-3 instalments without giving any prior notice. After surviving in that negative company and decid to leave ... Then they are asking 100000 for your training certification and all other documents. Please never join these froud people do a call center job that would be better than savic.

IT IS NOT A COMPANY.. NO TRAINING FOR FRESHERS. NO WORK FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES.. THEY WILL COLLECT MONEY FOR JOINING AND FOR RELEVING ALSO.

Only Pros I have seen is you will get opportunity to self learn when you are deployed in to project without any guidance.

...lient location and so you will feel lot of shameful moments infront of customer.Salary is very poor where in you will get Rs.3500 when you are an intern and when started as an employee you will get Rs.15000 for next two years.Management doesn't value your potential/time.
