Dear Management team, This is my kind request Kindly provide on time salary,Because I'm working on multiple role like PP,PM,QM.I'm daily spending for SIVA SANKAR lunch and BETA also. Also he collected 15000 rupees for making me FTE and he promised that return in two months but still now not able to return because of this salary issue. Now I'm Frustrated no other consultant also give respect to me. Siva Dady, Unga kitta irunthu Kasu vanga enku vera vali therla(Sorry! I don't know the way to get money from you)

...ompany was lagging behind in many aspects. Further its economic status was poor. Salary payment to the employee was highly irregular and settlement for the ex-employee was unduly delayed .

....use this as a last resort ...and also they are not giving salaries on time.....and that too they pay partially in 2 3 installments. Worst company to work with.

Very poor management, don't think about employees. They don't want to pay salaries to the employees. from the fresher they takes huge amount of money in the on the name of training and providing certification. In simple words Savic management is scammer.

Savic Is not an IT company now days. They are taking money from new people and make the salary of old employees. They don't have a money and projects. They are taking money by making fake promise of making Full time employee after 6 months.... But in real people are waiting from 14-16 months.

Taking a money from a freshers is not ethically right but they are doing a fraud by taking a money and not giving any Upportunity to work in a project. There is partial payment system in company they pay you in 2-3 instalments without giving any prior notice. After surviving in that negative company and decid to leave ... Then they are asking 100000 for your training certification and all other documents. Please never join these froud people do a call center job that would be better than savic.
