I am planning to buy a plot worth 22 lakh, And taking 10 L home loan and 10 L personal loan, because seller only wants to show 10L in legal paper. Emi will be around 45K, i have income of 75K monthly with no responsibility as of now, living in my father's house. Have term and medical insurance. And around 3-4 L emergency fund. Is this good and what's your opinion.

They have lots of internal projects going on they don’t concentrate more on real client projects. Fired many people even the key managers and Dev, QA etc Never announce appraisal on time sometimes people come and ask and they promise in next meeting they will tell but after months it is credited in our accounts. No additional benifit like transport, wifi anything is given No formula of rewarding people for there work every quarter

Nothing to like, it's a useless company who doesn't even have its own niche. CEO is a weirdo who is confused. Pathetic work culture.

Everything. I think this company be shutdown down. Anubhav Dwivedi is a fraudulent person who has zero business ethics and fake. Sheetal - their so called Chief People Officer is another irritating character.

No Probation period for the new joiners, flexible timings, you can talk freely with your colleagues, be it your manager, HR, less process oriented firm, compensation personally was really good.
