Reduced the salary from March itself, reducing to 50%and thereon July 30%. No mass transport operating, they insisted on working from office to claim 70%of the salary. In case of medical emergencies no support what so ever Finally in Aug you are asked to leave.

One man ship culture prevalent. Director flanked with yes men staff and advisers. "I am the boss culture. I have the right to say so.". Advisers mostly women with no sales experience asked to lead the sales, with interference from HR, and Consultant.

... environment is too negative. Please request to other, don't join this company . Total 20 to above ex- employees has filled case on this company due to non disburse a salary and full and final amount. He takes advantage of girls as well. This is very very worst organization.

I'm working here for a period of 2 years. I like the family kind of environment at work things regarding my work and other corporate ethics which a company should have maintained to balance the work culture as well.

I liked nothing. The staff here is all pissed off and working for the sake of money only. They don't respect the Director at all and mocks him at his back.

Savi vision Pvt Ltd is very worst company. Mr sanjeev ratra has extremely worst for employees. He exploit an employee. He scold to employees in front of everyone. Even employees left job with fully condition. He is not willing to clear FNF. He make falls eligation on ex employees.
