The HR department is the baddest dept of this company, Hr madhu is very unprofessional she stopped my salary and not ready to pay. About HR govind he is immature if somebody is complaining him about someone he is not taking that part seriously and after couple of days same harassment the person is facing even he is not remember the complaint. RCM is running by Zomato dhaba management so you can think how much revenue they are earning = ZERO. Never join this organisation they are running by goons t If you are not able to reconcile then they are going to terminate you. Unethical management and ethical company worst experience

If there would have zero star then I'll give the same. They Started working so early and callsup empolyee, who were working from home they have not supported at all, in terms of anything. They have deducted all the leaves. Because of covid issue, and lot of things also they fired the empolyee.

There is hired and fired situation, they dont follow about industrial rule and any thing. Too much Exploitation of employee. And Job security issue is very high as they can ask to leave any time. And many more things. And really there is a lot of politics.
