...ers and vendors 3.Don't care about employees future. 4.No job security at all .. either salary cut or lay offs without any notice 5. They will appoint you for a job profile and after join you will find the jobs you are doing are entirely different job. Also every month they will do shuffle your job responsibilities as per their wish. 6.HRs are puppets 7. Humiliates employees and never give you proper respect. 8.They neither ready to learn not to implement best practices...

It was a tech company flexibility about the working hours was there. most of the employees are youth and are in same age of mine. there monthly 5 days we can do work from home.

... Feb 2024 everything about the company culture towards the employee was changed. Not give update about the appraisal of salary.

I learned many new things in fast placed environment, even this is a good growing startup but they usually prefer IITs.

Dislikes

Here many time iitians and tier-1 college students are highlighted many times even you do the work but you are not from a iit. No work life balance, usually people works beyond working hours. 6 days work, even some people like me work on Sunday also if any urgency comes and if one task has given to you and unfortunately you picked by saturday then here the stakeholders need that task to be completed by monday by hook or cook. so for this reason you have to sit on Sunday.
