In adequate compensation and statutory benefit for the employees. Required to set up strong alumni association. More appreciation should be imposed for better service by the employees.

My current work place is Saveetha Dental college is open to innovation and readily latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. another plus point is that my boss and happily in collaboration

Study Environment should be competative. So that lecturer as well students can improve their knowledge . Canteens should be well maintained for students all. Their should be recognisation for lecturers in terms of awards that motivates them to thrive their best.

Dislikes

The partiality to lecturer to be avoided . As they have different capabilities. So look at those skills and encourage them in that fields. Rather biasing based on their looks, statewise priorities.

I feel proud of working in my SAVEETHA University ( Engg. branch). because I able to make creative thinking among the students with innovative methods of teaching - learning methodology.

Of course,no dislike .Sometimes engg.students are reluctant to learn the fundamental concepts of certain important Mathematical topics which are very vital to apply in the engineering applications.
