Past 4 years working for this organization as a Asst .fire safety officer .This year oct 2022 they reduced my Salary 4000 without any reason . Management don't have any humanity not even thinking about employee family . 2 tym gave best performance award this year they gave Salary decrement award. They have right to reduce salary at the same time they have responsibility to explain reason for Salary reduction. Measure employee performance then take decision

I worked 3 years in saveetha hospital. I joined that hospital for 10k salary They told we give increment 2000 when u complete 6 months but They give 10k salary for 2 years and last year they give the increment 2000 so i could decide to resign my job when I was confusing to resign so i go to HR ask for increament they told no increment.so i give notice period to him. Everything is ok in saveetha hospital but the salary increment is never
