... probably by this statement, you all know if you should work here or not, right? Just Don’t, imagine giving efforts and just being layed off just because they donot have a budget to pay you..HAHA Better look for some other place.

Company culture is for such people who only want to get salary.

They let their employees wait for almost a year for incentive. Do a deal in six months they won't fire you but this way you'll loose your own productivity. And because of this the ones who are hard working and performing every month they are also not getting any incentives.

The company is not good; there is too much politics in the office. They will hire you and fire you within three months. Only those who know how to deal with politics can survive here. Abhishek & Rohit are two big players here who don't know how to deal with there juniors and both licking a** of Nishant that's why they are save here and they don't want to anyway spend more then 1 year in the office so they start they politics

No work culture Nishant just wants things to be as i say, if anyone argues with him he just gets rid of them without thinking about your family and bread butter. Buttering is very important in Save Max Strict policy Strict Timelines Strict Lunch Time Strict Office Time If you want to go school again then join Save Max Abhishek doesn't have experience in doing work which is why he interferes in all task, resulting in zero output and then he shifts the blame onto others HR who was previously in sales team, she won't give a direct answer to anything you ask she thinks herself as the company CEO also adjust the attendance and other details for Abhishek and his friends from the backend.

Full of politics and no manager or TL directly focus on team and work balance they have their there "Chamchazz" who act like manager but in real they are just old employees. They'll say permanent role and once their need is finished they'll fire you with any reason. Only Chamchazz can survive in this company and Manager will not directly attend any meeting or any suggestions pre post shift they'll use Chamchazz for their reports and works or any team handling concern.

Everything only CEO is bit focused.
