...ot of people switch the job due to auditors. Internal department not supportive.Also at the time of resign,hold salary of 2 month and release after notice period(15 days after last day).

Workers and operators are good. In fact company is dependent on them.

...d. Working hours - 8:30 to 6:00. No over time if employee stays after 6:00. Salary not given as per experience. Very poor HR policy. Very weak QA department. No canteen facility. Too much torturing from GM/ vice president. Work allocation not done as per experience and salary. At time of problems, no support from HOD.

...tunity learn new things. During pandemic allowed work from wherever is possible. Not deducted salary other employees also who not got work from.

I developed good natural product Actives with input of chemistry, its a fixed deposit for me. We should travel for every 2 to 3 months. All managers are very good but they don't have any thing in there hand.

Dislikes

... is there lot of smell . In summer lot of heat it's like sitting on hot plate. Appraisal time schedule not there, if they did then also you won't get arrier and bonus amount in the same month. it may get years to get bonus, but arrier they may take minimum 2-3 months after increment. If you are leaving a job you won't get bonus for the last year and current year because I did not get more than Rs 40000 for 2 years.

The company is having very good work culture. I love the fact that from day one I took ownership of my work and I get freedom to complete my task the way I want.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high.
