Company Timings are well defined and timely salary.

No increment since 4 years. Sometimes management makes false promises and not fulfill them at all. Micro management makes life more difficult here. Management and senior managers do too much discremination among employees.

no proper compensation paid while leaving the organisation. incentives which are supposed to be paid in april are always delayed. and not paid if you leave before incentive is declared even if you have worked past june.

I have experienced here partially between Company employees and Third party payroll employees interm of leave, salary, mediclaim. Authority is playing safe game while taking decisions

Every time they make false statement, be aware if you got selected and discuss about salary because HR Head has no knowledge about basic compliances about Salary, they always keep confuse about in hand salary and after joining they did not give even proper answer. Lots of partiality, politics are there. There is no proper systems for employees. No one is listening your problems. HR department is worst.

The people who are interested in buttering to their boss, the place is perfect for you but if you are really grow your career so the place is not good for you.
