...oll do not go beyond the perimeters of control of fire safety inside d building.Salary increment was dependent on the performance of job without any sort of misconduct at d job site.Work environment was excellent. Innovation in work were highly motivated.

the ve abandoned us and never pay our salaries for about 1 year. until now we have been waiting for 4 years.

abandoning employee is not good for everyone. let them suffer for what we have suffer until now.

Actually I was worked in Saudi Oger Pvt Ltd company, as HR Admin Assistant 4 years. It's my first time Experience in The field of HR administration department.

Dislikes

After four years I was joined EL-Seif Engineering Contracting Co. Second job as Admin Assistant 2 years. HR Transfer me in PMV ( Plants Machinery Vehicles) department As Operation & Transport Supervisor. That's time 2 years working Transport releted job also HR administration department also. Total experience in El Seif Engineering Contracting Co as also 4 years. Now I have work experience more tha 8 years in both companies in Saudia Arabia.

Likes

Most i like about Saudi oger is the execution of project with excellent schedule and planing. More over the support between various department and huge manpower and most important is management to organize all system to execute project smoothly and on time completion. There are more and more things to write about S.O.

Dislikes

Very Slow Paper works. Most i don't like in S.O was that giving priority to employees based on their nationality.

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily adopt the new latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of a process centric team that ethically caters to a huge client base.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring , incompetence gets overlooked.
