Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Saudi Kayan petrochemical company very good opportunity, I learn many tasks and working experience. Very good to maintain workplace safety. Unit everyone working. I love a good experience in my career of almost 4.6 years of experience in Mayan.

Very less spare parts, sometimes delay works, t effecting company production.

Saudi kayan petrol chemical company excellent team work. The company production very good and high quality there good quality of safety and maintain organisation there give every person good respect and maintain family members.

Dislikes

Saudi kayan company major problem less spare parts so maintenance we are struggle to sometime production to loss. We are eating spare part issue our company going growth very good. Our company employees very good talented and soluble problems quickly. Need to support maintenance side issue.

Im happy to work there before because saudi kanyan is the biggest petrochemical plant in the world before i learn to much activitys and i improve my skills and myself now i work in other company but i bring my lot of i learn from that plant

i think that same times issues from the safety officers because same times if have to much jobs i forget my safety things
