This depends on specific situations like the kind of Boss, his attitude towards infidels (meaning non Muslims) and the insecurity complex he may suffer from. But generally company is pretty good place to work for although there is no/some job progression and no training for Indian expats. This is a very short sited policy but the company being a new Saudi managed company with the same leadership as from Zamil group.There is no trace of western culture or work ethic found in American or European JVs. Staff who go to pray regularly (with their bosses) will have a better chance to shine.

Dislikes

Team mates depends on your luck and if there are backbiters you have lot of trouble proving your worth. There is no Job training for Indian expats. Politicking is rampant Salary/appraisal: there is a structured system prevalent but there are some depts. where this is totally overlooked and depending on Bosses standing no one can do any thing to moderate his decisions. Work environment: If you are prepared to make compromises you can stay on w/o much trouble in the same slot. travel: depends on the job need. Even international travel is feasible but again favoritism prevails like in privately owned Indian companies. work life Balance: depends on the Boss. If he is a task master then you will have a tough time to please him.
