The company is open to innovation and radily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that market reliable high quality product and has a global client base. I get the travel abroad especially to the us canada.but on factory travel is 3 kilometers only. Another plus point my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaborations. I also like the employees re hire policy here.

Compensation is politics can't growth. The work pressure is very high.sometimes late to the shift relive.manager don't value an individual unique strength which is why i have to take my suggestions most of the times.sometime my department head given heavy pressure to me.

There is nothing like dislike only upps and downs and different types of mind set off people's only.

The working environment is really nice. The people are very friendly and Co-operative. I really feel comfortable working in the Saudi Ceramic Company. It was one of my amazing experiences.

It is well established , reputed , well recognized organisation in market. Company has right policies , procedures & working system. Career growth completely depends on monthly appraisal system & KPI. Company has grown up remarkably - Tiles Production capacities increased in year 1997 - 20,000 sq.m daily upto in year 2011 - 155,000 sq,m daily. by making various expansions in tiles plants , adopted latest / advanced technology of machines.Company has grown by addition of Electric Water heater plant 2 , Red Bricks Plant , Sanitary Ware Plant 2.

Only thing lacking , needs improvements about HR , Administration related issues regarding in providing employees services like accommodation , canteen , transportation.
