When I joined initially i was promised a lot of things but everything was just illusion. They have poor customer retentions. Certain departments faired better and enjoyed good facilities. Thugs thrived in this company and work with vengeance towards employees if they escalated. Employees are either always or at times harassed, humiliated, and over burdened with work with no incentives, sometime weekends are also ruined coz of management mistakes( wrong info provided during bidding process) and the consultants face the brunt. Nepotism and regionalism is thrived. Mafia styled thugs rule this company in managerial level and there is no employee benefit. Even if some benefit is there they'll try to undermine and down play. If contacted personally I can say horrific stories of mine and other consultants in private,

Dislikes

...and over pressured in completing last minute work which was a flaw when bidding. HR never cared about employee benefits or any salary change... many consultants who have considerable years of experience have suffered a lot losing family time working in the weekend with no benefits or incentives. Only Account Managers, sales team and delivery heads are awarded in the year end and always ignoring consultants technical efforts and failing to acknowledge.

I have nothing to dislike in my company, I want to gain more experience and skills in HSE field.
