When you go final exit you will get your benefits eventhough you have to wait for months after you reach india. They will also give your air ticket money aswell. Other companies give air ticket and benefits the day you leave.

Dislikes

There are people there who works there for more than 10 years for the same salary.I worked there 5 years i didnt get a raise and they dont appreciate hard work also. I was there for the job of bms operator but they made me clean a manhole filled with drainage water. They even used me for loading and unloading giant old televisions. And during corona when we were in an enclosed space for work I got sick with serious breathing issues and they didnt took me or allowed to got hospital and left me there to die.

Only my manager who had his own self discipline like me though he was greedy

Unethical practices in all levels. 95% of employees expect salary without a single minute of their contribution to the company. Lethargic. They work on philosophy of "Everything will happen tomorrow if God willing" but the tomorrow never comes. Best assylum for middle East refugees till their death. Many old guys join only for medical insurance and resident permits.

Salary we’re not paid on times it was matter for finance & HR which were unable to perform 100%.

Good atmosphere.very good engineering department and team.

Administration management was very week.They fail to handle employees salary and visa process work.all employees harassed to go back on vacation.They waited two months minimum to go on vacation.admin department peoples just respect only Arab language people’s.They were not helping non Arabic peoples.
