...y's growth. ( One day off for expatriates and Two days off for Saudi Nationals. Any bonus or rewards are only for Saudis, expatriates are not even given chance to attend any test for promotion, though they are potential candidate.)

...ns unless it harms d company's norms. Very hardworking and efficient management. Salary is always on tim n most of tim its before the actual time.lot of chances of growth.

Nothing to dislike about this company but the only problem which i have is i cant continue my service as i have to leave the country

Overall Saudi Arabian Airlines is A Grade Services provider in the World.

All staff and supriars very support to each other.. Salary much better.I have to work 9+3 hours straight in a day oprational and official both very smoothly. Team work done very wel.

Likes

The environment is cozy and comfortable. Opportunities to learn and grow is so overwhelming, yet i feel more chances could be provided for well-deserving workers who work locally rather than going overseas to recruit manpower.

Dislikes

Salary could me little improved to match industry standards and more opportunities be provided for those working through third-party contract companies.
