It's legendary company in its old days. Salary on time, Good infrastructure. Now this company is on there last days. Due poor management, Omanisation rules Big competition from UAE companies.

No increment, promotion ,No OT. So no future so work here for temporarily.

This company is giving good work atmosphere to run life peaceful in Oman. Highly potential in Multiple auto distribution like Toyota, KIA, Ford, MAN, HINO, etc., and auto accessories handling company. Good Business in Domestic and Export Market. Good career in senior level staff

Dislikes

Cost of living is high unable to stay with family for junior grade staffs. There is no appraisal, increment and Bonus for senior executive and below grade staff. There is no extra allowance. There is no improvement in carrier.

Likes

The facilities are par excellent. Salary is being received on date without fail. 5 days a week - working days with 2 days holidays. General Office timings 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Dislikes

Poor increment. No promotion for last 10 years. Ex-cratia (bonus) stopped from 2012

Good food and transport provided by company. Since there is no incentive, increment and bonus, there is no job pressure or harsh follow ups from managers.

Dislikes

No growth, incentive, bonus. No evaluation of performance and subsequent upraisal. Company functioning because of being sole distributor of toyota products in oman.Top management is callous towards employee needs. Everywhere you turn in the company at all levels, nobody talks good about the company and everybody talks about the gone by golden days during the previous chairman. Heavy attrition of good talent due to this indifference. Managers and department heads all are helpless.

No planning One person to handle many profiles with peanut salary Doesn’t care for their employees Cheating is their main agenda which u come to know after resigning and while getting experience certificate They want original work certificate of your previous employer while joining and give experience certificate of a company called Almanar which is their toilet cleaning company I request expats especially Indian people to avoid joining this worst company of Oman where local Omani’s themselves hate to work here.
