... have seen in my life . Lot of politics, no one is ready to hear your problems . Salary hold is a big blunder they are doing till your admission cycle is over .Gazzeted holidays all are working.They just kick out the counsellor without any notice period .They treat counsellor like 4th class workers ,You cannot talk to any staff over here .If you join you will feel like a cage ... Don't join this pathetic College . Here they are not giving PF ,No health insurance .Instead of deducting employees salary and consuming it in building renovation .Chairperson , principal,vice principal here just do kitty party and everyday they just keep on gossiping for 4 to 5 Hours daily sitting is the chairperson room and all are heartless and they will never go out of this colg This is like ther home .No HR dept .Supridentent is old army guy is making his rubbish policy and keep of deducting your salary . Note my line .Target cannot be fulfilled . Here neither the staff is happy nor the Student ... So kindly think before you join.

No work ethics..no system..last moment doing everything..deducting salary unnecessarily..making rubbish rules overnight...the army person from admin is the most foolish person..he doesnt knw anything apart from making new rules everyday.. never join here

Toxic work culture, no growth in career, mental torture and exploitation, no defined hierarchy, insults faculty members, no work and family life balance, highly unorganized place, disturbs frequently after office and on holidays on calls and whatsapp, whatsapp is official mode of communication, teachers and students are treated like laborers. No respect for anyone, Team leader are highly selfish, undeserving, jealous and insecure.

I left job from there 2020. At that time there was no rule for holding salary of counselors. But rest of the pathetic policies were the same. Now they added 1 more to benchmark there toxic and non professional work culture. Person with self respect can't work there I know it very well. Poor management, insecure environment is the only reflection of Satyam. You can find better opportunity anywhere. But you can't find worst place like this to work.

work environment is very healthy and supportive. Satyam Fashion institute is one of the best place for the admission counselors to learn while working in the organization because firstly the management is solely focuses on the proper training of counselor so that they can guide each and every student effectively and give them a required clarity of courses and career. The structure of Satyam fashion institute is absolutely structured and goal-oriented. seniors are very supportive and the management take care of the admission department as a backbone of the organization. good incentive and fair commission structure for achieving targets(Monthly or Yearly). It gives the proper growth to its each and every employee. So all in All its the best place to work!
