...mmates and management are not supportive. There are no policies in this company. They will not pay salaries and allowances on time. Even the vendors are suffered with company they will not be paid their bills. There are no professionals in the management they can't even read mails properly. Unnecessarily management will hold salaries without information and does not respond to employees they will block emp calls. They will loot all your EPF and ESI contributions. There is no proper infrastructure and office is located in an isolated apartment. There is no washroom facility in the office. They do not provide atleast drinking water.

...one not to join here. It's very worst company. There will no value for employee. more working hours and less pay. Seniors domination will be more. There will be no holidays given on public holidays. Will torture every sincerly working employee. There will be no proper space for employee to sit and have lunch. Discouraging employees. Will ask to extend out timings but in time should on correct time. But for seniors they can come and go at anytime.

...both are helpful to each other. Old staffs are always helpful to the new comers. Every year salary increased as per govt labour wages act.

Never, I like this company and their staffs very much.
