Only the infrastructure is great. Staff is good

Dislikes

Micromanage done by the owners is very irritating. They train their staff to bad mouth about other clinics. No privacy. They always keep you seeing in their cameras. We are adult, but they still not allowed us to go outside in the lunchtime. They don’t reply to the mails, too much of Paperwork in the software also

Everything from owner to work culture the environment everything I worked here as a Graphic Designer and WordPress Developer they loves the designs and website the first day and said rubbish on the next day it repeats daily perfect for the first day and tottaly waste on the next day because the owner of the company is not mentally fit he made changes on the daily basis and than he decided to fire me because I am on the vacation which is approved since one month still his site is not completed because he is still making changes on the daily basis he needs some therapy i guess.

Every staff they hired like JJ colony girls. Like Maid is working on reception Pathetic environment Third class management Third class work ethics No job Security No salary increment Manager don't know how to talk with employees. She behaves like a mohalla aunties. If you want to maintain you mental peace so I m not recommended you all to not go there.
