Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Full of politics..They give bonus every year.

...ers are rude type.. Management doesn't address our issue. Job traning is worst.. Salary is very low. Increment not given properly..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The teammates are friendly with all and they ready to guide others. I learn so many new things apart from work. The company is More discipline one. The workenvironment was very polite and patience.
