Total waste , very poor working culture, when I joined more than 1 crore rejection dumped in the main shop floor, no system, no culture , but I took as a challenge and turn over , but bosses are useless all country bruit , never allowed to this company to move to next level so I left

Sathya Auto is huge automotive industry. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive to achive the KPI. The management is very transparant with employees. They provide bonus every year and best performence awards in each departmens. The yearly appraisals are fair and they give good percentage hike.
