Everything don’t go worst company worst Management mistakenly if you are selected please don’t go worst management any error and they will deduct your salary over load manger will shout on you even after small mistake don’t go . Selling tea in India is better then going Africa location behaviour of seniors are worst if you will think another place may be good so you will regret every location is worst and bad don’t go when I was reading reviews hear so I was also thinking that may be they all are wrong so please do 15k job but do t go in any department they will treat you like labour

Opportunity to learn different work in one contract period. And skill developments, Also it will be advantageous for early period of Age to start work in Satguru to have good savings for future and deal with International challenges to groom your personal skill set.

...st of the time they will give only when you continue your contract for 2nd time. Don’t hope for hike as once your contract starts they will find any kind of strange reasons to make you not eligible for appraisal(that could be anything) thats how they save money and your work, performance and efforts on ground will benefit your managers for their salary hikes. 2years of contract for Africa location only, polotics from senior side, Worst food quality, if anything wrong bookings they will charge from your personal(Salary), no chance of returning back to India within this 2 years, if any chance you planned to come they will take 3 months of salary deposit and Visa charges paid for you and flight ticket which they paid for your arrival at the time of joining, These all and other miscellaneous charges they will ask you to pay before leaving Africa country + you have to buy your Flight ticket(Return) as well from your pocket, however once you come back then only they will credit all that security deposit to your account(Except your Flight ticket which you paid for your India Travel, Exit Visa(If applicable). No bonus or Rewards for your work all will be credited to your BM top management for all efforts you make for Company growth BM will claim branch growth in his favour. If any issues happen no one will even respond to Your complaint email not even AskHR desk. Even if you’re experience or fresher(With good willingness and dedication for work) do not expect any appraisal or rewards from your branch or SATGURU. This is highly demotivating that in some cases they will hire your junior on same salary with same profile and they will work with you in same branch(You will not feel senior anymore) Juniors will also may fun of you behind your back for same position and same salary College SENIOR. You perform well they will give you Performance bonus with expectation of rejoining, it will be given to you as a favour from Satguru to rejoin not on basis of your hard work 2 years. These all scenarios which I have faced in 2years of Contract do read and make decisions not just to earn money, Money and savings are there you will come full account with Money(Savings) but other demotivation will not help you enjoy Work there you will just try to complete contract somehow and fly back home.

It's really great place to work. I started my career here, being fresher I Got too many things to learn. I can say it's great platform for your career, financial as well as personal growth. Very good environment. Seniors are really too supportive. Best part is very easily you get a opportunity to work at international location (in their own branches) with all required facilities .

Dislikes

Very poor salary structure for freshers. Atleast company should offer a decent package for freshers also so that they could survive in city like pune .

At Training time at Pune they will not teach you well if are you fresher ? At abroad senior staff will teach you bad. No limit of working time you have to work if they want even 2:00 a.m. also. This company has no future. Company is worsted I suggest to you don't join this company. It is better to find another company to see future.

Company is Unprofessional. Salary is Quoterly bases. They can eat your salary. Senior treat you very bad. In Abroad RM behave is bad with employee. He can abused to employee. Food also they don't provide to you fresh.

I have a lot to learn from Satguru Travel. And there is also a lot of freedom for employees. And a lot has been learned. And there is an option to know pay out of country.

Salary is less here and incentive is also not available here.
