It's like a prison... lala company...no fix date for salary..lala management..they can fire you anytime. Africa is not a safe continent so you feel very bad...it's like house arrest without your famiy

No fix date for salary Poor management No work ethics You have to do labour's work also like shifting boxes You have to work 24*7 No safety and company will not give you any insurance Your passport will be taken by management so you cannot go back to your home.

They would send you overseas on a job contract without work visa. You might end up in jail Recruiters will lie about benefits and salary They will promise salary coming from Dubai while they pay you from India

Everything don’t go worst company worst Management mistakenly if you are selected please don’t go worst management any error and they will deduct your salary over load manger will shout on you even after small mistake don’t go . Selling tea in India is better then going Africa location behaviour of seniors are worst if you will think another place may be good so you will regret every location is worst and bad don’t go when I was reading reviews hear so I was also thinking that may be they all are wrong so please do 15k job but do t go in any department they will treat you like labour

Its very company if you're wanted to be long run with company, sometimes they provide you Family accomodation. But as per Management's decision. You can not be blamed for not your completing goals. This is not Target oriented company. If you don't want work hard this best company for you

...ciated or As per your performace might company can over buden you with the work. They will not give you appreciation or reward or bonus if you're expected. FnF Full n Final settlement always hard from this Company, Depends as per terms with your relationship with Higher management. Your returne ticket can not comfortable, Your Transfer will be done under 3rd class car. This not employees friendly Compnay. This is like a MNC shop.

You will get to learn alot, but if we talk about salary is not satisfactory as per work pressure and work culture in African countries is worst.

Some people at good position do micro-management and exploitation of employes by holding there passport in abroad and keep asking them to work odd hours and no extra hours are paid.
