I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I had joined satguru in 2017 at south Africa one of the best place but the rating which i had gave is totally fit for this co. its not co. its just a family co. no HR policy . i had deducted my personal for eating snack in house, they dont even provide food according to you. no career oriented place. even though you will be abused like slave

NO HR POLICY,PERSONAL MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED IF YOU EAT ANYTHING IN KICTHEN THEY DON PROVIDE FOOD.

Please dont join satguru i am resigning just because that there is no future apart from this co. they will put you in ticketing if you mistake in sales they eill deduct you salary !! bad experience
