Work culture is terrible if anything wrong happen in your work (Money Related) so they will deduct from your salary i paid 35000. On the holiday (Janmastami) i was working no one was in the office except me. Too much work load.

Extremely unprofessional company. They will recruit you and after completing all formalities they will keep you on hold for indefinite period. Ultimately they are not going to allow you to join. The company is here to spoil your future. Don't ever think of joining this company. I don't know why our Govt is giving permission to operate this type of companies.

They put lot of efforts and invest behind training staff.

Disorganized management mds rely on rm for all aspects hardly communicate with staff or bms , they completely believe whatever regional manager will say even if it’s true or not based on that management will judge your performance and your increment relies on that because of this disorganized culture mid level management behaves as hooligans
