This is not a good place to work. There is no job security. You can be fired at anytime, no matter how great you're at your work and skills. Worst work culture. No ethics. Zero job security. Mansplaning attitude of seniors and you'll never feel appreciated but blamed. Toxic work life. You can be called anytime. Your life without work is nothing. You'll feel nowhere except working like a donkey. Too much calls uncessarily and when you can't complete your assign on time for being on call, you'll take all the blame.
