Students are good. Campus is good. Work culture and politics varies from department to department.

Dislikes

...acation is less and that too exam duties on vacation period. No maternity leave. Mostly people have to stay in loss of pay. No medical leave......

working environment is good, every one with in dept are very helpful

Dislikes

Any thing within department life is comfortable, but beyond that like dealing with academics is a hectic thing, timings of college: 8.45 to 5.20pm I felt little discomfort

For non teaching there is no work appreciation and no job security people who can not bother about salary for long period of his life can work so working in sastra for non teaching is slowly taking of sleeping tablets in your life

Full of internal politics by brahmins and they won't consider the talented people rather than their caste and category event they are not much sound in knowledge. Moreover the guy Badhri who says himself as the incharge is very worst. He is greedy on power and position and speaks utter lies to the management students and ill treats them. Being greedy on position and power he spoils the career of many. Lot more can be said.. Sooner it will be

They are doing amazing to fight against COVID-19. that is the golden period for me when i was working there..

Nothing... but they little torture the faculty for publishing papers in reputed journals that solve...
