The best part of SAS is they are very professional, You will never hear people gossiping things about the team, people, or company. managers here don't do micro-management and always believe in Individual and independent contribution. It is not a "just do it culture" , they won't take any decision on your behalf, always consult before committing anything work-related things and really provide enough time to explore things. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
