Feedbacks and Reviews are the backbone of any system or organization to improvise the services offered. At the same time these feedbacks and reviews only matter when given by a genuine mindset not by animosity,malovence and ill will. Same with the review above when a candidate is rejected during the recruitment process for not meeting the requirements of organisation , this sort of review is nothing very surprising. But a few or can say only one candidate did this type of unethical behaviour till now. As far as our HR policy is concerned we strictly abide by the high moral values as we believe when we are in education field our faculties must also be capable of holistic development of students whether it is academic, social or moral development. Thats why we refrain from candidates who have a very casual work approach and have uncouthy behaviour during interviews. Further the people who are associated with Sarvanga are working at highest satisfaction level interms of renumerations and work atmosphere.

Sarvanga education works with high professional and moral values. Being and EdTech company they always emphasis over the fact that every team member of sarvanga must be capable of holistic development of students. They offer good amount of salaries based on the qualities of candidate. HR policy and way of dealing with the interviewing candidate is most admirable thing all the policies are explained very explicitly during interview and joining time. Overall it is a great experience

Nothing, it's totally wastage of time. They just hold your profile for a week long to check if you're really interested or not.

Everything of Sarvanga Education is required to disliked most. They offer 7k per month for full-time roles. Even it's 6 days working from 10am to 7pm. Even they don't have any strategy of negotiation. HR manager of the company is most disgusting person I have ever met. Even before getting the offer letter ( Not even join the company) she was insulting me for not able to reply her messages on WhatsApp by saying you don't have any professional manner. One more thing I must say she's just told me to call her ma'am if I've call her by her name she has fired me. So, toxic work environment. They pressurised you so much for working overtime, you don’t even get the time to take lunch.
