I strongly advise against considering a position with this company for several reasons.
Firstly, there is no HR department, meaning you won’t receive any of the typical benefits offered in a hotel environment. The salary is a fixed amount with no provident fund or additional perks. The only benefits you’ll receive are food and accommodation, both of which are subpar. The staff meals are often of poor quality, and at times, expired or spoiled food is served in an attempt to "save on the hotel budget."
The accommodation provided is equally inadequate. Management shows little regard for the well-being of its employees, and even during working hours, there is a lack of respect for staff members. After your shift ends, don’t expect any appreciation or consideration.
Regarding time off, while the company promises four paid days off each week, it is extremely difficult to get even two days off. Any missed time off is never compensated or carried over to the following month. Your work-life balance will quickly deteriorate under these conditions.
In conclusion, I strongly suggest reconsidering any thoughts of joining this company.
