Only good thing is they pay salary on time.

Unskilled Managers. No appraisal. More that 12hrs duty at site. Only referral employees are good as per the company. Do not respect the person who works day and night at site. Manager will simply say "If you have problem, find another organization.

Salary on time, timing flexible 8.5 hrs come whenever, job security as irreplaceable employees even when doing nothing

HR and senior management focus only on cost cutting and expect you to meet deadlines with no one available to give backup if needed

Company’s vision is excellent. Top level Management is good but the site management are not upto the company’s system.

Working culture and treating of the low level employees are very very poor and pathetic at most of the sites.

Perfect company to work and grow your career in right direction & work & family time can also be balanced good

Too many decision makers and some times few decisions gets totally deviated mostly in sales point of view

Total shift hours which is 8.5 hours in office so if you are living nearby Sec125 Noida than that's. the good part. Outside India Everyone appreciates and listens to you.

To be honest - EVERYTHING NOW Manager in my Dept is bad in Management. He is so biased in making decisions that even knowing what is wrong and what is right he still goes with wrong and people who doesn't question if anything is going wrong. Performance/Work will never be appreciated on Papers. Instead you will be asked to work more. Appraisals forget it - They are the worse. HR don't know their job. Policies keeps on changing every week or month. During my tenure 10-14 people resigned within an year because of unskilled managers and appraisals. When you question them they blame it on HQ (that's not the truth). Rest is just worse, Company is shrinking drastically,
