Management doesn't support teachers.. They r not even paying us half salary.. Many teachers have become unemployed..

Everything Micro lessons conducted every Saturday which is at times offensive , Management is terrible, they need to be professional and ethical, No discipline maintained in school, Salary not provided on time , Principal of secondary section is too terrible and not professional at all, will definitely not suggest anyone , work load is too much,no personal life .

Too much of a workload, no joining or offer letter provided, salary always delayed, not structured, Management and the senior team need to be professional and ethical and respect the staff

It feels like home working in Sardar Patel vidyalaya , the work culture is excellent , as an employee,I am satisfied with the management and the best part is working with our dearest Headmistress Dixita madam

Likes

The Vidyalaya earlier known for its name and reputation and was a Different School. A family atmosphere, but after devoting 37 golden years in the School, now the school has lost its image as a good employer. It is the strong foundation and goodwill that has been retaining the School in lime light but the internal work culture is very pathetic due to Head of the selfish interest of the Head of the institution and lack of good Management.

politics and no congenial environment, No grievances redresses. Management were unaware about the internal turmoil which will be seen soon . New competent team Members and Head required in the SPV to save SPV
