...is not good. (2) The trainee should stay with us for one year and not 18 months. And the salary of the trainees is also less and the salary does not increase even after the completion of the training. (3) Our grades have been increased forcefully. Because what is the difference between Assistant Officer and Junior Officer. (4) If someone cheats from his work or plant, he should be thrown out of the plant immediately and not transferred. (5) Transfer of people like us who consider work as worship is not right.

...lant. Nice work culture. Very safe to work they provide safety as much possible. Promotion and salary hike are fair. Overall greenery in plant campus.

They are not providing bonous and incentives to employees.facilities for family such as township, education for children's should be given.

...actices and security. this company have product must but have safety first also. every financial year have announce for appraisal and improve salary as per performance and skillness. company also support for tour and travel. This company work environment are really great and maintained 3s at all and also maintain 5s at store.

Sometime, we have tired due to high working pressure and have to work 24 hrs in shutdown time because i have on leader of team.

HR policies for new comer is very wrost. Thay a only consider higher post holders. For them freshers are just a tool. After completion of training from here, they forced you to do 6 month probation period. After completing probation successfully they were not increase salery. In the name of engineer they provide a salery which was less then any of technician.
