I enjoyed the people worked with.it was friendly and fun atmosphere.And I actually enjoyed going to work each morning, 2, They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and their to make those personal connection,

One of the reason iam leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job, 2, There was no room for development in the company, while I did enjoy working there and at the skill,I developed. 3,I feel my skill set can be better employed eleswhere.somewhere my capabilities are more recognised and where there is the opportunity for growth.
