No respect for Employees HR also very worst behavior ,if customer not paid bill means he will hold staffs salary there is no timing even in Sunday need to work ,no government holidays also, not providing required materials on time at the neck of the moment providing material and ask to work even in Sundays and late night.

They having Four companies to hide profit & to cliam GST from government . Saravanan electricals, Saravanan control system, saravanan electricals and engineering & Pvt Ltd and saravanan constructions .No Job guarantee. Rude Behavior
