No job security, Management is worst. Management don't know how to talk so mis behaving as well as mentally ill. Total headache doing work here. So as per the conclusion don't go there and spoil your future.

Everything, there culture, environment, specially seniors , illiterate has Gd designations literate has to work like labour even seniors are not able to talk to visitor. No growth , no job security and specially people will pull ur legs all the time.
