New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Salary is not good because its a small town hospital and no hospital transport which is hard

Dislikes

No compensation and nill benefits but staff is good, training is also good but work pressure is too much because my 8 hour shift sometimes turns out in 12 to 14 hours shift which is very hard and they not paid extra money so it's really hurting otherwise good working environment...
