Toxic work environment, lack of professionalism, well educated and hardworking people are getting underpaid whereas people who are close to management or close to the people who are close to management are getting paid more, regardless the qualification. They provide No offer letter, no joining letter, no relieving letter or experience letter.

There was nothing to like here in my brief tenure of 9 months.

It's not a good place to work, the Management is clearly lacking in Work Ethics and they show no respect to their staff irrespective of the Designation. Salary is seldom on time, work life balance is disturbed at best, as they can summon you on holidays without any compensations for the same. As for the Company Work Culture - "Hire to Fire" Fresh Graduates / Post Graduates are hired just before an anticipated inspection and relieved soon after the inspection is over, without giving any valid reason, warning signs, etc based on the management's Whims and Fancies. The Layoff will come at a time when there are no new vacancies around in nearby institutes as the inspection time is over. Coincidentally or Strategically the layoffs are initiated 8-9 months after joining so as to keep you on their rolls for free or reduced pay till the 12 month lock in period to gain any work experience is completed, just another clause that can be taken advantage of is fully utilised. Forget about terms like severance packages, one is lucky to get what might be due. This inherent work culture leads to loads of office politics where people trying to take credit outnumber the ones actually trying to do their best, giving rise to feelings of dissatisfaction and even desperation at times as there is no job security. To sum it all up, i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking a fulfilling job where one can best invest their time to have a good career and make a name for themselves. This institute will leave you demoralised at best and force you to look for alternatives very soon. There are better institutes around, one would do better to opt for them and make best use of time.
