The worst ever organization in terms of work culture, job security and work satisfaction. You will be bound to work more than 8 hours daily and in the end you will not be getting any appraisal and you might also get fired in the name of organisational restructuring and cost cutting. The new HR VP Subha is a double headed snake who is destroying the organization from its core.

Likes

It provides good learning experiences for people starting their career in the field of data analytics, data science and data engineering. Office space is very good with durgam cheruvu lake view. The best part about working in Saras is the leadership promotes ownership and accountability of work and will help you grow within the organization by giving you responsibilities over time. Work flexibility is also very good.

Dislikes

It needs to improve when it comes to developing processes within departments, promoting office culture and providing employee benefits.

We get the opportunity to be IC resources for a couple of projects, this ensures a lot of learning in the process

Poor management, no work life balance, very over worked employees Multiple bad decisions by the management Employees end up paying the cost Too much micro management

Lot of freehand to grow and flexible work timings and young team

Dislikes

No job safety. No training's. Growth team is worst in terms of planning and using resources. Randomly they come and will ask you to leave saying you are under skilled even after working for more than a year. No proper job feedback will be given. Director of Marketing looks after SDR team who doesn't know anything about sales. The list keeps on going. Saras is not a good place to work in sales.

Work life balance, As they provide WFH opportunity so we get ample amount of time to manage everything, even though its tough to handle multiple tickets and tasks at a time, but by working hard I was able to manage. Sat Sunday off as well.

Dislikes

Perks and Benefits are totally depends on the company growth and personal growth, its not that great.
