New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

1. Learn new things 2. Working with multiple teams - Understanding of software design, unity development, graphics and UI/UX Team 3. Work Life balance is perfect - Can attend the meetings from home if not being to reach on time at office. 4. CEO and CTO listens to junior member of the company as well - Have proper conversion with each and every person who talks to them. Give their view point and guide the person pretty well.

1. Discrepancy in pay - Developers and Design Engineers are underpaid compared to Subject Matter Experts. 2. Everyone is Member of Technical Staff even if you are from Non-Technical Background 3. Poor Designation Structure - a Masters Degree holder with 5 years experience is a Junior member in a company with Bachelors Degree holder with 5 years experience is Senior Member in company. 4. They are just considering at joining date as a measurement for eligibility for Senior Position even if you have a Double Degree.

QA team as a group is good and helpful to eachother. And also Android development team coordinates well with QA team.

Dislikes

Other than QA team and Android Development team, every department sucks. Like the project manager for technical team is not eligible for his post as he doesn't know how to use basic JIRA. So think about sprint.... How that might be going... Then comes to the management team... They will not respond to you in time.. always it will be delayed.. The main important thing for any employee is increment.. they are not in any position to give proper increment as the company is not doing well. This thing was conveyed by the CEO of the company to every employee who raised voice against increment. So just think before you join....
