Poor Designation Structure - a Masters Degree holder with 5 years experience is a Junior member in a company with Bachelors Degree holder with 5 years experience is Senior Member in company. 4. They are just considering at joining date as a measurement for eligibility for Senior Position even if you have a Double Degree.

QA team as a group is good and helpful to eachother. And also Android development team coordinates well with QA team.

Other than QA team and Android Development team, every department sucks. Like the project manager for technical team is not eligible for his post as he doesn't know how to use basic JIRA. So think about sprint.... How that might be going... Then comes to the management team... They will not respond to you in time.. always it will be delayed.. The main important thing for any employee is increment.. they are not in any position to give proper increment as the company is not doing well. This thing was conveyed by the CEO of the company to every employee who raised voice against increment. So just think before you join....
