More workload are given to single employee. increment in salary are very low. Promotion are also not getting in time. They only see how to get work done, no matter how employees are treated to get work done. No increment & incentives, they waste there money to send high level authorities to foreign or any other place. No job satisfaction. Don't treat employees as family. No future here. Company environment is very poor 💩now. Wasting company money in doing parties and all, because of this there is very less increment in salary.

Everything, No Proper systems, no proper SOPs, Low work life balance, only on paper weekends off. No proper training, lack of managerial support, On the spot decisions

One should not work here if he/she wants to grow and enhance their skills. There's a lot of politics in the company. A lot of work pressure which you ultimately cannot ignore and have to work like any hour. I repeat ANY HOUR.

The company is full of politics, the heads favors only those who just Rome after them, Sarvesh Telange is one of those, he is just butters the heads, and has too much of attitude. one of the reasons there is politics in the HR team, think before joining them especially the HR team. very unprofessional behaviour
